Can I wear my jewelry in water?

All metal clasps have an anti-tarnish coat to protect from sweat, but can still be affected by water over time. We recommend avoiding water as much as possible and gently drying after any water exposure.

Why is my order delayed in transit?

We ship via International shipping, which has been been experiencing delays amid the global pandemic. We appreciate your patience & understanding as we all work together to get you your order as quickly as possible.

International Return 

Moixina jewelry wants each of my customers to love their purchased items. If you don't, we are happy to accept your return; but please keep in mind… 

• You must issue your return and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. 

• Please select a return method that allows you to insure your shipment and track its progress.Pearl de romance is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

• You are responsible for shipping costs as well as taxes, duties, and courier fees. 

• We kindly ask that all merchandise remain unwashed, unworn and unaltered. Must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris and pin marks. 

• Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur. 

 

Moixina jewelry accepts return request. However, we can only refund customers the item's money but not include the original shipping fee ( the shipping from our studio to your address ). And about the return shipping costs, if it was customers personal return reason ( size, color, style… ), the return shipping costs has to paid by customers. 

 

Moixina jewelry only refunds customers in full if the product’s description on website was not accurate or the product is defective. 

 

Refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. Most refunds will process in 2-3 weeks. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. 

 

International Exchange

Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Pearl de romance purchase, if for any reason at all you are dissatisfied with your item and want to exchange. We will be happy to help. but please keep in mind…

Pearl de Romance only pays the both exchange shipping costs if the product’s description on website was not accurate or the product is defective.

Lost/Stolen Package

Moixina jewelry is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Postal Service.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address.

Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.

Any orders delivered damaged must be reported within 3 days and the damaged package must be delivered to your local post office for us to file a claim on your behalf.

Shipping & Delivery Time 

We do our best to ship your orders out as quickly as possible; we generally process orders within 1-3 business days, however due to large influxes of orders, processing can occasionally take 4-7 business days.

All items are shipped from China and can be shipped worldwide, and tracking number and info provided.

Please note that the estimated shipping time is not guaranteed and delays may occur. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

What payment methods can I use?

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
